Cinema date

Hi folks, went cinema a week ago to see, breaking dawn 2, imagine i hadn't seen it until a week ago. I have been so busy and i did not have time to go to the cinema that was like 3 hours from my house. Luckily they brought one close to me. I miss my old house in England it was in front of the cinema, took me only 5 mins to get there. Anyways breaking dawn was aiit, i wish i saw the pirated version thou... i mean the only reason i go cinema asides from the fact that my life is boring and i love movies, is cause i hate pirated movies. But i would have preferred the pirated movie of breaking dawn..... lol. Jacob looked hot as always that was the only nice part of the movie. At least its good to finish what you started. Goodbye vampires and werewolves....

So this is what i wore to the cinema, hope you like it....

Hi lovies it's Sunday:) praise God the beginning of a new week. It's really howt now adays. It rained for the first time this year where I live. Lol sadly the rain made the heat worse . I just thought I should do a quick post. My driver takes most of my pictures, and he doesn't speak English, my Yoruba isn't too good as well. So directing him as to how to snap the pictures is usually a chanllenge. However hope y'all like it.

Getting my happy back...

Hi guys been a while... sorry for the long silence.... been on the search for happiness. sigh* for the last three years now my emotions have been on a yoyo.. Sometimes i am happy and sometimes extremely sad...... but its been mainly extreme sadness... However this pain has thought me a lot of things... I have gone through a massive transition in the last 3 years, from having so many close friends to having just 1 or 2, teaching myself to expect the worst from people, human beings can be funny.. the list goes on.... In everything that has happened what hurt the most was trusting and being let down. My act of kindness was thus repaid with evil as a result of trust.... It has taken me a while to forgive myself for my mistakes and to get my happy back.... finally i think i am ready... i want to say to all those who have hurt me you are not worth my tears, frustration and sadness.. I Forgive you and wish you the best i  am letting bygone be bygone......

In pursuit of happiness.... starting from today see u @ the finish line

Word of the night

Sometimes we run to people  for succour, kos those that were suppose to give us some were never dre to. As a result, sometimes we end up in the hands of wrong pple who later take advantage of our vulnerability. Kos of that feeling of loneliness and feeling of being unappreciated, we seek friends and lovers amongst dogs in sheep clothing

Hair tips

Hey dolls just though i should share a quick one with yall on after care for your virgin hair

Washing and Conditioning

Before washing hair, tie hair with rubber band at the weft. Comb hair with a wide tooth brush, starting from

the weft to the end of the hair to remove knots; so that hair does not tangle while washing. Pour water into a

wash hand basin or bowl, the water should be lukewarm or tepid water; put hair inside the water, remove it

and gently squeeze out excess water from it . Shampoo brands recommended are Pantene pro-v, tresemme,

Aussie shampoo, L’Oreal Paris shampoo all can be found in boots or any supermarket around you in the

UK

Distribute shampoo evenly throughout the hair. Start with the weft, pat the weft with shampoo and work your

way down to the tips   Give your hair a good rub please do not scrub hair as if your washing clothes . Simply

slid your hand across hair and when you feel convinced that hair is clean wash with water. Rinse shampoo

out thoroughly and apply conditioner same way you applied the shampoo. It is advisable to leave conditioner

in hair for long between (30 mins to 1 days) so the hair can soak in the required nutrients. Rinse thoroughly.

Do not use sulphur based shampoo or conditioner. Pat hair with towel gently and allow hair to dry

Winter is here time to get me some WIG OR WEAVE.. BABAY,

Hey dolls

So its winter again.... those annoying cold mornings are along the corner, when you do NOT feel like going for lectures and you just want to stay under the blanket and have a long nap...

Winter to me has always been a fashion season, time for warmer clothes and all sorts of accessories from gloves, to head warmers, to hats (depending on your preference) to winter booties.. Boy do I love winter...

Also winter is the one time for you to give your natural hair a break and cover it up with a wig or hair wefts( weaves)... Due to the harsh weather and cold wind, exposing our natural hair as black women has some adverse effect on our hair during winter. The cold weather causes dryness and when our hair get too dry it starts to shed. By putting your hair in a weave or wearing a wig you are reducing pressure on your hair. The constant straightening  or curling of one's natural hair, coupled with the bad weather can cause immerse shedding.

Advantages of wearing  hair wefts (weaves) or wigs during winter
It protects your natural hair from damage and hair loss due to the cold weather

It helps you save time with regards to preparing for lectures and work or other important stuff.. Lol we all know people tend to get lazy and sluggish during winter as a result of the cold. When your hair is in a weave it reduces the stress of styling one’s natural hair. We all know natural black hair is not easy to style.. whewww

It gives you the option of versatility, its winter where everything is dull and dry give your hair some boost with a weave or wig, you can dye it into several colours and change the curl patterns as you please from wavy to straight to deep curls, to loose curls.  Natural hair as we all know doesn’t give much room for versatility.

Lastly its saves you money, Natural hair is usually very high maintenance and due to winter’s harsh weather you will have to care more for it than on summer days hence spending more money on your hair. By buying wigs or weave –on you do not have to worry about constantly treating your hair or running to the saloon every 2 weeks.  You can wear a wig throughout the whole of winter and you can also wear hair weft for 2-3 months depending on your preference. Therefore, saving you some money now you do not have to be, in and out of the saloon every time.

I sure you like woahh i am going to get me some wig or weave, well do not just buy any random wig or weave. I recommend you get 100 percent Virgin Hair (wig or Hair weft). If You get the wrong hair it might just be a night mare and you might just prefer knotty dreads instead.. Lol can't imagine the sight of that.
